I'm a cop, I've made many DUI arrests and performed a lot of field sobriety tests. I'm a DUI instructor also. I haven't made a single arrest for cannabis DUI. Every person who admitted to smoking was able to pass the standard field sobriety test. And my stance is, if you can pass the standard field sobriety test, you are NOT impaired, regardless of the THC in your blood stream, which is not an accurate indicator of impairment.
Anecdotally I found it hard to urinate on delta 8 gummies. As well as having my only cannabinoid induced panic attack from delta 8.
