I'm afraid for me its mostly impossible and useless. Eg. mindfulness/relaxation audio makes me angry, can't stand it; "stay away from temptation" seems a good habit but you know… 🙂 Reply
I’m scared to death! This is to dangerous. I really need to get this under control . I have to loose 100 pounds. But that’s the goal in the long run. This is so bad . I keep going back to smoking cigarettes. And vaping. I was misdiagnosed and placed on Paxil and liminal. I’m on Xanax and methadone I need to get on a stimulant I know I might not like it. I have to quit . I’ve done it before. I don’t want to be statistic Reply

Nobody said it would be easy or fun. ADHD is a lifelong fistfight.

I have just discovered that I find the word ‘they’ offensive.
All this ideas and strategies are well known and actually useless……
