A lady presented to emergency with aggressive and psychotic behavior 3 days after LSCS. She was having gradually increasing vision loss after LSCS. Ophthalmology opinion was NAD. Diagnosis confirmed as PRESS. Patient completely recovered in 2 – 3 days. We used Magnesium sulphate. Please mention the role of Magnesium in PRESS
A old person 70 year old. His come to my clinic and complane difficultty of brethig. Person also suffer from hypertention and diabites. What a tretment.
