  1. Wow, really helpful, insightful topics covered here, I really enjoyed watching! Thank you for creating this 😍, and speaking about your experience so openly, and sharing what you have found healing for you. Our environment (which includes stress) has such an impact on our genetic expression and wellbeing. You are touching on a subject which I feel is going to be a focal point for all our healing going forward. Have a wonderful week! And hello from Sydney Australia😍

  2. This video couldn’t have come at a better time. Also dealing with endometriosis, ehlers danlos syndrome, POTS, ADHD. I want to start figuring out how to heal naturally. What books, videos, or other sources do you recommend for research on herbs and other healing mechanisms?

  3. Thanks for the video, as a PCOS candidate I'm always appreciative of other womens' POVs and experiences. Important reminder though: we don't literally have cysts inside of our ovaries but a bigger amount of harmless follicles. The word "cyst" is often falsely interpreted and also very scary.

  4. I love every video you post! I could seriously listen to you talk all day. 💚 thank you so much for sharing such personal things with the world. Its so helpful and inspiring. And I love that you don't make people feel guilty for not being plant based. You definitely open my eyes to new ways of life. Thank you thank you!

  5. This video came at the perfect time! I recently went off birth control because it affected my mental health way too much. But my body has been having a hard time regulating and I had abnormal periods before birth control but I'm allowing my body to be free and let it flow naturally again. My tests have shown up not signifying anything being wrong but I can absolutely pinpoint saying stress has been the biggest contributor to my body struggling.

Thank you for being a shining light 💛

  6. Love the video Sophia❤️ If at all possible do you have any book recommendations for clean eating or cookbooks you use on a regular basis? I struggle with cooking and eating clean. Thank you!

  7. i recently had to deal with a tiny bit of pain in my abdomen and idk what it is, i was bleeding but it was after doing you know what… and now i have to look at videos like this and go to the doctor.. but its also a good thing because now i will go to the obgyn and check on my body more frequently.. like i should have been doing lol

  8. I absolutely love your video! I resonate with so much that you said and your holistic approach to healing. Thank you for talking about our bodies 🧡
I would still like to note, that the definition of endometriosis used here is unfortunately outdated and wrong.
Endometriosis is not the same tissue as the endometrium. It's just similar. That's very important since it does act differently that the lining of the uterus. It does in fact not shed(it might cause inflammation that leads to bleeding) and not all endometriosis reacts to the hormonal changes of the cycle. A lot of endometriosis tissue can grow their own hormones and has no receptors for external hormones.
It's very important to stop using the old definition of endo because it keeps people from getting proper care. For example hormones often prescribed against endo are not working because as mentioned the endometriosis has no receptors for it. In addition to that, endometriosis symptoms can occur any time of the cycle, not just during the period, because the endometriosis cells follow their own "cycle".

  9. Thank you so much Dr Ehire for your full dedication am very happy and proud to come across your YouTube channel . Your medications is indeed incomparable , my four years Genital herpes disappeared completely within 12 days of usage and without any side effects , keep saving lives doctor ,

  10. Another endo girl here and I really want to say thank you for sharing realistic tips. I have been diagnosed for 4 years already and I just became so tired of people telling me that this is my cross to bear as a female or that I just need to go gluten, dairy, soy free and vegan to fix all my problems. We (endo warriors) know that it is a massive mix of steps we need to take to live with endo and still experience life instead of surviving it. Thank you for this beautiful video ❤
