My belly fat is so stubborn that I tried the keto diet, saw some results but felt terrible. The Agoge diet on the other hand I saw the same results but felt great.
Keto is not worth it in my honest opinion. It's risky and tough to stick with. I recommend the Agoge diet because it's personalized and balanced and most importantly worked great for me.
My daughter was diagnosed with Epilepsy. The neurologist was very confident about the diagnosis based, my Daughter had an EEG (no idea if it showed anything; we were tired and may have misunderstood what he said about that). I am not a quitter but I couldn't go through with the keto diet because it made me feel awful. I then tried the Agoge diet and I lost so much fat, and most importantly no more cellulite.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can't see side effects from eating whole foods that have been eaten since life began. Vegetables, fruits and animals…. That diet is what got us here. So to say we don't know the side effects from cutting out refined rubbish packets and foods is a joke
